1. 10-Day Return Window

We offer a 10-day return window on all eligible purchases. The return period begins on the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, contact our support team by phone at +1 (813) 807-4863 or by email at support@rocket-autoparts.com.

2. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Parts must be unused and uninstalled in their original condition.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any items back. Do not ship returns without prior authorization.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once purchased:

  • Electrical and electronic components that have been installed or connected, even briefly (sensors, modules, control units, etc.).
  • Custom or special-order parts ordered specifically for your vehicle that are not in our standard inventory.
  • Parts that show signs of installation, use, or damage.
  • Clearance and final-sale items.

4. Return Shipping

  • Our error: if we shipped the wrong part or the part is defective, return shipping is at no cost to you. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Not our error: if the return is for any reason other than an error on our end (for example, change of mind, ordered the wrong part, or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
  • Outbound shipping is non-refundable: the original (outbound) shipping charges paid on your order are not refundable in the event of a return, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to buyer-initiated returns (change of mind, ordered wrong part, no longer needed). This fee does not apply if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds cover the product price only — the original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of any damage for our records.
